This website presents the salons and their services. It has no registration, payment or booking forms and does not collect a visitor contact database.

To deliver pages, the technical infrastructure receives information such as IP address, requested page, request date and time and browser information. This data is used to operate, maintain and secure the website and to identify errors or abuse.

The legal basis is the controller’s legitimate interest in providing and protecting the website under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Processing technical connection data is necessary to access the pages.

When you choose a salon, the website saves this preference in your browser to recall it on later visits. You can remove it through your browser settings and continue browsing.

Only if you accept, the website activates Vercel Web Analytics to measure visits and understand website usage. The legal basis is consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Refusing does not prevent browsing. You can withdraw consent through “Privacy preferences” in the footer without affecting earlier processing. We do not use advertising tools or automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on individuals.

Bookings and related data are handled through Treatwell. Booking buttons open that external service: the Jenny B website does not receive or store information entered during booking and does not use it to send promotions.

The website also links to WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok and Google Maps. These are links, not embedded forms or maps. Opening them takes you to external services with their own notices and terms.

The website is hosted on Vercel infrastructure. Technical data may be processed by infrastructure providers and those responsible for technical management, as necessary for their respective tasks. Visitor or contact lists are not published.

International infrastructure may involve processing outside the European Economic Area. GDPR safeguards, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses, must apply to these transfers. You may ask the controller for information about the applicable safeguards and a copy of them.

Vercel Observability Plus is enabled for this project: runtime logs, covering function and middleware execution, are retained for 30 days under the service limits. This period does not necessarily describe other technical or security records held by the provider. Retention criteria take account of each log’s purpose and the need to investigate abuse; legal obligations or the protection of rights may require further retention.

The analytics choice is remembered for six months. The salon preference has no expiry set by the website: it remains in the browser until replaced by a new choice or removed by the user or browser. Booking data follows the retention information provided during the Treatwell booking process.

Where provided by the GDPR, you may request access, correction, deletion and restriction, object to processing based on legitimate interests and request portability where applicable. Send your request to the privacy contact on this page.

You may also complain to the Italian data protection authority or the competent supervisory authority. This notice may be updated when website features or the processing described here change.
